Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 February 2026

By installing or using HybridHub ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

1. What HybridHub is

HybridHub is a diagnostic-information toolkit for working mechanics. It provides AI-generated explanations of OBD-II codes, symptom-to-fault ranking, VIN decoding, and tools for managing a workshop's day-to-day work. It is a reference and productivity tool, not a substitute for professional judgment.

2. AI output disclaimer

Important. All AI explanations are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Always cross-check with the relevant OEM service manual and apply your own diagnostic experience before performing any repair. HybridHub does not warrant the accuracy of any AI output and is not liable for repair decisions made based on it.

5. Customer reports

Branded customer reports generated by HybridHub include your workshop's logo, name, and contact details as you have entered them. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of those details and for the content of any report you send to a customer.

6. Trade-account contacts

The Trade Accounts Hub lists publicly-available supplier contact methods. HybridHub is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Repco, Burson Auto Parts, Supercheap Auto, GSF Car Parts, or any other supplier mentioned in the app. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. In-app purchases and ads

HybridHub may display ads via Google AdMob and offer in-app purchases (e.g., a no-ads or pro tier) in future versions. Pricing and refund terms for in-app purchases are handled by Google Play.

8. Intellectual property

HybridHub, the H-shield logo, and all original app content are property of HybridHub and protected under Australian and international copyright law. You retain ownership of any data you input (workshop info, vehicle notes, customer details).
